Getting Started Guide: The Wall Street Journal

It’s hard to keep up with the latest in the world of business. There is so much going on and it’s hard to know where to start. You are in luck! We’ve expanded our online resources to now include The Wall Street Journal. Get access the latest articles, videos and podcasts through these steps.

To access The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), you must first log into your library account on the PPL Catalog. The link to WSJ will appear once you have logged in using your library card.

Click Log In at the top of the page, and log into your account. You will need your library card number and PIN


Once you are logged in, you will see a link for Wall Street Journal appear under Online Resources on the right side of the page


Click the WSJ link. This brings you to a Create Account page. You will have to create an account to access WSJ.

When you have finished creating an account you will be able to access the Wall Street Journal site. You can bookmark the WSJ and “Sign In” directly from that site in the future. Be sure to remember your username (email) and password as you will need those to sign in!
