Microsoft 365 is a subscription service that ensures one has the most up-to-date productivity tools from Microsoft. Plans include Office desktop apps such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as online storage and cloud-connected features. Microsoft Word 

This application helps you format, manipulate, print, save and share text-based documents.  Available as a desktop version and an app, Word is commonly used for letters, resumes, invoices and other documents.

Microsoft Excel 

This application helps you format, manipulate, print, save and share spreadsheets.  Available as a desktop version and an app, Excel features calculation, graphing tools and pivot tables, and is commonly used for budgets and other calculations.

This applications helps you create presentations using slides to share information, images, multimedia and more and is commonly used for business presentations, outlines and certificates.

Microsoft OneNote 

This application lets you take notes, organize information and collaborate with other users by gathering notes, drawings, screen clippings, commentaries and other resources into a single location.
