Lunar New Year at PPL

Join Plano Public Library in celebrating Lunar New Year at Parr Library from 3-4 pm on Saturday January 25, 2020.

Chinese New Year is a festival that celebrates the beginning of a new year on the traditional Chinese calendar, and is one of several Lunar New Year celebrations in Asia.

Enjoy plenty of activities during this come and go event. There will be construction paper lanterns, paper fans and bookmarks to decorate, along with crossword puzzles and a coloring table. Kids and families of all ages are welcome to attend and ring in the Lunar New Year.

There will be books available to check out during the program, with many more Lunar New Year items in library catalog.
