Food You Love @ Cook the Book
Love to cook and want to share with others? Join us at Cook the Book!
Cook the Book meets monthly at Davis Library with different food themes each month. For February, we’re fawning over Food You Love: sprinkle-topped desserts, baking classics like pies and cupcakes, satisfying plant-based recipes and the Barefoot Contessa.

The February session of Cook the Book meets on February 18 at 1 pm. There are four cookbooks on display at Davis Library for you to choose your recipe from:
- Sprinkles! Recipes and Ideas for Rainbowlicious Desserts by Jackie Alpers
- The Southern Baker: Sweet and Savory Treats to Share with Friends and Family by the Editors of Southern Living
- Oh She Glows Every Day by Angela Liddon
- Cooking for Jeffrey: A Barefoot Contessa Cookbook by Ina Garten
How Cook the Book works:
- Stop by Davis Library to pick a recipe from a collection of thematic cookbooks
- Ask a library staff member to make a copy of the recipe for you
- Prepare your recipe (write down anything you may have changed or your own suggestions!)
- Sign the waiver
- Show up at Davis Library with your food to share with others
- Repeat monthly
