Start 2021 with a New Book Club!
The new year is almost here, and that means a new year of reading and conversation with our book clubs.
Plano Public Library has several regularly meeting book clubs, from mysteries to cookbooks. Currently, all book clubs are meeting virtually. See the library website for an up-to-date calendar and registration links.
Readers are invited to join us for any book club meeting. Registration is required for our virtual meetings, but reading the book selection for the month isn’t! Below are our selections for January 2021:
January 4, What Are You Reading Now? at 3 p.m.

January 12, Second Tuesday Book Club at 7 p.m.

January 19, Cook the Book at 1 p.m.
Choose your favorite recipe for the monthly topic, prepare the dish, and participate in a robust discussion on cooking while staying in. January’s theme is English Tea Party.
January 21, Mystery Book Club at 7 p.m.
Join a live discussion of January’s read: The Ruin by Dervla McTiernan.

January 26, Reel Reading at 7 p.m.
This teen-specific book, film, and TV club is for those who enjoy a good binge fest. Join a live discussion of all things binge-worthy in fantasy.
January 28, Brown Bag Book Club at 12 p.m.
