Your reading habit is for you to enjoy.

It is not intended to be yet another stress-inducing element in your life. However, there will likely be days when even the smallest commitment of time or energy for reading is not possible. In such situations, give yourself a break. The book will still be there tomorrow.

It is very likely that you’ll come to look forward to your daily reading and might feel upset if you are unable to do it. Relax. Tomorrow is a new day with plenty of opportunity to read.
