Financial education is a cornerstone of many of our library services and programs. We want to be sure our community has the resources we all need to be financially aware and successful, with programs and services for young children to learn the basics of money and savings, to teens getting ready for jobs and college, to adults planning for retirement.
Besides a variety of books, DVDs and databases to help with your financial education, we also have a plethora of free programs for all ages:
- Credit Matters, October 9 at 6:30 pm at Haggard Library (adults)
- Light It Up, October 12 at 3 pm at Haggard Library (teens, grades 6-12, ticketed)
- Adulting 101: Financial Freedom with Bank of America, October 15 at 7 pm at Schimelpfenig Library (adults)
